But remember if you using other currency than dollar use this converter to check how much it is in dollar because remember 1 point is 100 pints is a $1 so if the item costed costed you £5 you would need 772 points since that's how much it would be in dollars if you converted to US dollars. Say you really want an item but its bellow 500 points the buy something else until it add up to 500 points or over you can buy multiple stuff using the Custom Checkout and add different items but it must be from the same merchant.
"My item says it Pending" don't worry just wait and they will get in touch with you check your e-mail to see if PrizeRebel sent an e-mail to you to see if they accepted the prize you want it, if they haven't accept it they will tell you why. You can also earn cash just go to My Info and change that you want to receive cash and then go to Get Points and click Daily Cash Survey then complete one then you will get cash, almost forgot when you are in My Info page there is a tab that says PayPal & Shipping fill in that make sure that everything its correct otherwise when you are redeeming prizes that are delivered if its the wrong address then it would be you fault and make sure that your Paypal e-mail its correct. To get the cash into your Paypal check that you have put your Paypal e-mail address into My Info, if you have then go to Prizes and click on Paypal Cashout and the minimum amount its $5.
